Week 5: He Descended... Rose Again

The Apostles' Creed came from the teachings of the apostles. It summarizes the core theology of the gospel and forms the foundation of our faith. The biblical truths outlined in the creed remind us that our faith is grounded in truth and a deep, rich history.

The Practice of Silence and Solitude

Silence and solitude are spiritual practices that create space to be fully present with God and free from the noise, demands, and distractions of daily life. In silence, we quiet our inner and outer worlds to listen for God beyond words; in solitude, we withdraw from others to be alone with God, just as Jesus often did. These practices invite us to stop striving, to reconnect with our truest selves, and to remember that we are not defined by productivity, but by God’s presence and love.
